Unfortunately earlier today an Australian L'Oreal customer service representative mistakenly stated that Vivo isn't an authorized stockist of their brands after a customer complained directly to them about a L'Oreal brand product they had purchased from Vivo Online Store, and the resulting response has gone somewhat viral on beauty forums.

This obviously has caused some upset to our loyal retail clients, who rely on the integrity of the Vivo brand to ensure they are receiving top quality, guaranteed authentic haircare. This has also caused us at Vivo great sadness as we would 𝙣𝙚𝙫𝙚𝙧 sell inauthentic products to our beloved clients. We live and breathe bringing you the best we can in all aspects of hairdressing, including our retail.
