When the Government declared a move to Alert Level 2 this coming Thursday, it seems there was one thing on New Zealander's minds - getting their hair done. Within minutes of PM Jacinda Ardern's 4pm announcement, Vivo Hair experienced an unrivaled number of calls, temporarily crashing their phone and cloud based booking systems, with unprecedented demand.
