Are there any extra charges?

All essentials like shampoo, head massage and styling are already included in the package price. However, if you have long (below shoulder) and/or very thick hair, and/or extended regrowth, an extra charge from $25 would apply to cover the cost of the additional colouring product. We will advise you before we start - or you don't have to pay the extra.

This is your choice of colour service if you are after a colour that looks rich, deep, vibrant, natural, resilient, lustrous and alive. Your Stylist will give you professional advice on tone and custom-mix the shade to precisely compliment your skin tone and eye colour.

Choice of Permanent or Semi-permanent ammonia-free colour. And of course 100% grey coverage on any hair type with the super lasting permanent colour.

Can I get a lighter colour on my own?

If you have natural/virgin hair that has never been coloured, we may be able to lighten your hair up to three shades/levels with your choice of a warm, neutral or cool colour result. This is equivalent to going from dark brown to light brown, light brown to medium blonde, or medium blonde to the lightest blonde. Please note this is only possible if there is no previous dye in your hair.

To get a dramatically lighter result and/or lighten previously coloured hair, this would require additional lightening work.

Can I get a natural look with this service?

This service is ideal for creating a deeper and fresher version of your natural shade. Flat and dull hair will be transformed into soft shimmering locks full of energy and dimension. Enjoy a natural-but-better result!

We can also create a perfectly natural-looking shade when you are after a more dramatic change, such as going from brown to copper. Your colour result will look deep and bold, and at the same time natural and authentic - because your Stylist will mix the shade to work with your skin tone and eye colour, so that it looks like you were born this way!

How often will I need to touch up?

To continue with a uniform colour look, we recommend getting this done every 6-10 weeks depending on the speed of your hair growth, amount of greys and whether you are going for a natural look or rocking a bolder colour. Your Stylist will advise the best maintenance schedule for your hair.

Will this package work for very dark hair? 

If you have naturally dark brown or black hair, with this package we can: enhance your natural colour for more shine, depth, and grey coverage, or treat your locks to an all-new colour, such as Dark Auburn, Mahogany, Burgundy, Plum, Cherry, Jet Black, and more!
