Order Processing
All orders received on business days, Monday to Friday, will be dispatched within 1 -2 days subject to volume. Any orders received over the weekend or public holidays will be dispatched within 24 hours from the next business day. We will always try and ship your order in full however if a product goes out of stock while your order is processing, we will be in contact to best meet your delivery needs.
Delivery Fees
- Free Delivery nationwide on all orders over $60.00 NZD
- Delivery Fees Under $60.00 NZD
- $7.00 NZD Urban deliveries
- $9.00 NZD for Rural Delivery
We are sorry, we do not ship outside of New Zealand. We ship from Auckland and all orders are shipped with NZ Post.
Please note that we send all parcels via signature required couriers. If you choose to leave your parcel at a designated area, Vivo accepts no responsibility for ensuring the package is received.
Delivery Timeframes
Once your order has been dispatched, please allow 2 – 5 days for delivery, rural delivery may take a further 2 days. While we don’t charge additional fees for dangerous goods, please beware these can delay delivery timeframes by up to 8 days when courier volumes are high. All shipping indications on this site are based on average shipping times for the stated product and where customers have supplied all their correct shipping information. Vivo Hair & Beauty endeavour to meet these shipping schedules but will not be held responsible for any delays due to incomplete shipping information or delayed courier deliveries.
Weather, promotional periods, public holidays and delivery network issues can all cause delivery delays.
If your order does not arrive within 8 days, please check your member account for your order status. If your order has been shipped, and you have not recieved your order within the indicated time frames above, please contact us at shop@vivo.co.nz.
