Kérastase Discipline Bain Fluidealiste Gentle is a sulfate-free shampoo for unmanageable hair that is sensitised & unruly. Hair is smooth and rid of frizz.

Step 1. Specifically for the scalp. Apply 5ml first to the top of the scalp, then to the sides and finally to the nape of the neck. Massage gently, emulsify and rinse.

Step 2. Specifically for the scalp and hair lengths. Repeat step 1. Add product to the lengths if necessary. Massage in to scalp and lengths, emulsify and rinse.
