When can I have my appointment?

Although opening hours vary slightly per salon, every VIVO salon is open Tuesday through Saturday. Late night and morning appointments are available. Please see salon opening hours here. To check appointment availability, please call 0800 400 300.

What other hair services can I get at VIVO?

We offer a comprehensive range of hair services, including style cuts and trims, permanent and semipermanent colours, foils, balayage colouring, blowdries, straightening and curling with ghd hot tools, upstyling, chemical permanent straightening and keratin smoothing treatments, perms, and a selection of nourishing treatments.

Are there any extra charges?

All essentials like shampoo, head massage and styling are already included in the package price that is designed for medium-density hair above shoulder length. Extra charges may apply from $25 for longer, thicker hair or extended regrowth. If you have long (below shoulder) and/or very thick hair, and/or extended regrowth, check out our Premium Global Colour & Cut Package for long or thick hair.

What is WELLAPLEX?

This is the innovative two-step in-salon professional treatment that works at a molecular level to rebuild the hair's bonds that are broken during chemical processes like coloring and bleaching.

Step One: No1 Bond Maker
Your stylist will mix WELLAPLEX No1 Bond Maker directly into your coloring or lightening product. This first step helps to reconstruct inner hair bonds during the chemical process, ensuring strong, resilient hair fibers.

Step Two: No2 Bond Stabilizer
After rinsing the color or bleach, your stylist will apply WELLAPLEX No2 Bond Stabilizer. This step further strengthens the hair and rebalances the pH level.

What is the background of VIVO Stylists?

To join the VIVO team, all stylists must pass a comprehensive trade test with a VIVO Master Stylist where they demonstrate their mastery in cutting, colouring and styling. All Stylists then undergo continuing education with our national Training and Development Program.
